LINCOLN PARK is on Lauridsen Boulevard and east of the Fairchild International Airport.
Two ponds in the northeastern corner are home to many different species of ducks and birds. Fishing is available for youth 14 years of age and younger.
LINCOLN PARK MASTER PLAN DEVELOPMENT PARKS, RECREATION & BEAUTIFICATION COMMISSION TO HEAR LINCOLN PARK MASTER PLAN REPORT Port Angeles residents are invited to attend the Parks, Recreation and Beautification Commission special meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers. Purpose of the meeting is to receive an updated consultant report and presentation regarding the progress of the Lincoln Park Master Plan, as well as receive public comment.
This is the second of a series of public meetings the City of Port Angeles, Port of Port Angeles, and consultant, HBB Landscape Architecture, will conduct in developing a master plan for Lincoln Park.
“The last public meeting was very well attended. Valuable information and opinions were traded by those in attendance”, Richard Bonine, City of Port Angeles Recreation Services Manager. “This upcoming meeting is yet another avenue for the public to voice their opinions and hear what their neighbors have to say.”

PUBLIC MEETING / NOVEMBER 30, 2011
Port Angeles residents were invited to give ideas and suggestions for possible redevelopment of Lincoln Park on November 30, 2011, in the Vern Burton Memorial Community Center at 308 East 4th Street in Port Angeles.
This was the first of a series of public meetings the City of Port Angeles, Port of Port Angeles, and consultant, HBB Landscape Architecture, will conduct in developing a master plan for Lincoln Park.
“It is vital for the public to become involved in the planning phase”, said Richard Bonine, City of Port Angeles Recreation Services Manager. “Citizen input gathered at these meetings will help shape the master plan, which will be a valuable tool in determining possible future uses of Lincoln Park.”

HISTORY Lincoln Park is a part of a United States Military Reserve established in 1862. It was dedicated to public use in 1904 through the efforts of Dr. Freeborn Stanton Lewis, pioneer physician, and then mayor of Port Angeles.

The Lincoln Park Clubhouse, and Loomis Building are available for rent. These rustic structures are suitable for small meetings and other events and will accommodate 30 to 100.

Cost to resident non-profit groups is $15.00 per hour or $150 per day.
Cost to resident private/profit groups is $20.00 per hour or $200 per day.
Cost to non-resident / non-profit groups is $20.00 per hour or $200.00 per day.
